While reflecting on our dining experiences from 2023 my wife and I realized we had rarely eaten out or ordered in but could not recall the dishes we'd prepared at home.
So I set an intention to explore diverse and flavorful home-cooked meals in 2024. The goal is to appreciate and celebrate the meals we create without judgment or a strict agenda for change.

January 7, 2024 – dinner
Made another fake pork sweet-and-sour this time from scratch, but doesn’t look very bright and colorful (but It did use up a sweet-and-sour sauce packet we had in the cupboard from years ago and some Christmas brussels sprouts)
