While reflecting on our dining experiences from 2023 my wife and I realized we had rarely eaten out or ordered in but could not recall the dishes we'd prepared at home.
So I set an intention to explore diverse and flavorful home-cooked meals in 2024. The goal is to appreciate and celebrate the meals we create without judgment or a strict agenda for change.
